At the annual conference, the issue of inviting K-12 for membership was discussed.  In review of the current By-Laws of the association, shows that we clearly require members to be a "institution of higher learning," requiring no less than 2-years of study for a degree.  Elsewhere we specifically use the term college or university.  

If we desire to inivte K-12 to join us, it would require an amendment to the by-laws and obviously would need to be discussed and well thought out before such a change was made.
